In order to qualify for Sentey’s Sponsorship, your LAN Party Event must meet the following criterias. Please note that qualifying sponsored events are selected on a case by case basis.

Before the Event
Please submit a completed sponsorship application four weeks in advance of the event.
Make sure to include a reliable form of contact for your event’s responsible party.
You must agree to Identify Sentey as a sponsor of your LAN Party or Event, and provide a link to Sentey´s website.
You must also agree to post Sentey’s logo and web banner as prominently as possible on your main event organization website. Sentey will provide electronic files for the logo and banner which should be used consistently with Sentey’s usage guidelines

During the Event
Sentey’s banners, posters, and products should be displayed prominently through out the event. You must also make any promotional marketing material easily available to the attendees at your event.

After the Event
You must be willing to provide photographs of the event with in a two week period after the event happens.
Sentey is free to use any materials, including but not limited to images, names and event information what were will ingly provided by you. Please, No Resale! The applicant a must agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell exploit the sponsorship or sponsored material for any commercial purposes.
The applicant must also agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about themselves and the organization / event they are representing.
Applicants must further more agree that all material, information, and photographs submitted to Sentey under the terms of this agreement are copyright free. Thus sponsored participant waive all rights to all materials provided, authorizinge Sentey to make use of them and reproducing them for promotional purposes in print and on the internet, according to Sentey’s needs.
Please, include this acknowledgment paragraph with your application: By submitting this application, I certify that I have read and fully understood the criterias for Sentey’s sponsorship, and I agree to abide by them. I certify that I am an authorized representative of this organization/event.
