I bought a case, I assembled all the parts but then it was hit. Does warranty cover this type of damage?

Sentey cases are warranty covered untill the moment they are assembled for their use. Once the case has beenis used, the warranty loses its effect as the damages from this point on are believed to be due to considered bad use, therefore not associated with the product itself.

In which conditions should I take back the case in order to still be warranty covered?

The case should be taken to the reseller’s address in the same conditions it had been delivered at the moment of the purchase. The warranty is in effect up until the assembly (any damage, scratch before the assembly is covered). After the seal is broken, the warranty is voided.

Must I take the case in the original package?

Yes, most definitely. No products can be received under warranty claim unless in the original package

I bought a case and the front was broken. Must I take the complete case back or should I take in only the broken part to be replaced?
